We loved this apartment! Everything is brand new, the beds are comfortable, there is a table with chairs to eat or work, comfortable bathroom with hot shower (and bath) and a great balcony. It was very quiet and just a short walk from the station. Highly recommend staying here!

We especially loved being able to enjoy the hot spring right where we were staying; it was such a special experience. Everything! One of the best hotel rooms my wife and I have ever had. Awesome panoramic view over Beppu skyline. With balcony. (Photo is taken from the balcony). One wall of the room consists of a massive window from floor to ceiling. Bed is huge and comfortable. Bathrobes provided. Bathroom with shower and bubble bath. Many (kinky) extras. Very helpful (and discreet) staff. Breakfast and ;-) movies included. Free parking. Highly recommended.
