For the rate offered, my stay here was above average. The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and I especially appreciated the power outlets made available. Robert was very responsive and helpful from the moment I arrived. I’m definitely staying here again in the near future.

Everything! The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly we felt immediately comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty, the pool with the sunset in the background beautiful. I read through a few reviews/criticisms from other guests in advance. And everything that was criticized was corrected. This shows that the hotel really cares about the guests' opinion.

The wifi connection was great, there were a lot of activities to keep us engaged, food was great, the bathroom was wonderful, the scenery was great and the gym was spacious with more than enough equipment. The room was cleaned everyday until check out, room service was great.

The freedom to walk around and visit all the restaurants and bars at your leisure is nice, as are the many pools and beaches. The spa was very difficult to book, but once we managed to get a timeslot, it became immediately apparent why that was happening. The spa is fantastic, with a tonne of relaxing options. We got the couples massage package and loved every minute of it.
