We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Comfortable stay almost in the centre od Siusi. Very close to gondola. The room was ok, bathroom with jacuzzi. Great home made breakfast, sauna and swimming pool facilities. The owners were helpful and very nice, thank you! The building has very interesting history, it was nice to be the part of it just for a few days.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The dinners were delicious and very filling. Good breakfast buffet. I believe I was upgraded to a double room from a single. The room was spacious and warm, cleaned daily. Lots of communal areas inside and outside to relax. I had a balcony with views on the town and the mountains.

Beautiful clean room, with high ceilings and windows looking onto the mountains. Amazingly comfortable beds and washroom with whirlpool bath great for relaxing after a long day skiing. Fresh continental breakfast and juice machines so you can make your own carrot and orange juice. 10 minutes walk to the cable car and 5 mins walk into the centre of the village.
