The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the private parking space located right in front of the terrace – no need to drag your luggage around, which was a big plus. The host had thoughtfully prepared everything for a family holiday: bicycles and even beach loungers were included specifically for our apartment – such a nice touch! We were also greeted with a generous welcome package: not just a snack, but a full breakfast selection with coffee, milk, juice, biscuits, bread, and water – so much that we couldn’t even finish it all. Truly exceptional hospitality, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommended!

Everything was perfect .It looked like brand new .The stuff were amazing particularly the lady with the brown hair who was making the delicious desserts .It was the best place to stay .I wish we could have stayed longer We even had a mini kitchen in the room and a very big jacuzzi .plus separate double shower with the toilet .We had a big balcony overlooking the pool and the beach .They had a lift inside the lobby just glass all over .The stuff cleaned our room and balcony every day .

What a great hotel! So close to the beach and restaurants. Great staff! Especially the lovley lady helping me with the taxi for me and my dog! Totally recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto! I'll be back next year for sure!

Excellent hotel for families, full of well-thought details that make the stay a pleasurable experience for adults and kids alike. The staff is super friendly and helpful, vast indoor play areas for kids and teens, modern outdoor playground, plenty of bikes available to explore the town, nice pools, incl. a fantastic splash pool for babies/toddlers with very warm water. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations, best experience in Italy so far.
