Great hotel with beautiful surroundings and facilities, massage at the Spa was amazing and the hotel manager went above and beyond to help us with our broken down rental car and forgotten items in the room. The location and service were outstanding — the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful: the reception team, the breakfast team, the person who helped with our luggage, the elevator and car, and the added bonus of a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. Laura and Massimo are the kindest hosts of a truly beautiful Tuscan home. I was the only guest, and I felt not just at home — but like I was living in a dream. Every detail was carefully and lovingly thought out. And the breakfast… completely blew me away. Served in an elegant living room with soft background music, Laura prepared a meal that felt like it belonged in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Massimo brought the most delicious cappuccino. I truly felt like royalty. When I was leaving, Laura refused to accept a tip. Her words — “I do this from heart to heart” — moved me to tears. I myself have been hosting guests for many years, and I know how it usually goes. But here, for the first time, I experienced something deeply touching, something truly human. This was more than hospitality — it was a genuine opening of the heart. I’m endlessly grateful to Laura for this experience.
