Room was great clean and comfortable. Host was readily available and super helpful accessing the hotel was great. Host even arranges a cruise terminal transfer.. breakfastvand breakfast lady was fantastic.

We went out of season so it was fairly quiet, the bar/pool closed. However the apartment was really nice and well appointed and there was still an outdoor area to relax in, with sunbeds and fitness equipment. We used the restaurant twice and were very impressed, wine and food both excellent and a very pleasant and attentive waitress. The beach is very close by and there are regular buses into Ravenna. Reception staff also very nice and helpful. Definitely a place to return to.

Super nice hotel in a lovely shaded street, near beach and town. Staff lovely and accomodating! Spacious rooms. Bikes were helpful to get around. Great breakfast.

I don't know where to start. We spent an amazing time at the hotel! The staff is very friendly and gives you a feeling like knowing each others for a long time, beside that the hotel standard is great - very modern, clean and comfortable. On top of it the breakast is to be reccoment - it includes everything you might need and the staff even helps if you need something specific not on the buffet. so all in all we can't wait to spend another time at the hotel.

Super service, very gentile and professional personell! Stefania that manages the Hotel has the perfect manner to handle clients in any way! She really created a lovely team. You can feel the good chemistry within the Team, which they perfectly transfer to their clients. We had a little uncommon problem, but the hotel solved it with no hesitation to our fullest satisfaction.
