This new hotel is fabulous. Right in the heart of Florence's shopping district and surrounded by history and art. We loved it, it was so elegant, nice to find a touch of glamour as so many modern hotels are rather dull. La Gemma delivers 5* quality from dawn to dusk. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are amazing, especially Gian Luca the hospitality manager, and Boldo the mixologist, made incredible cocktails for us. The food was out of this world, truly worthy of a Michelin* in my opinion. Beautifully presented plates and sleek service in the beautifully designed restaurant LUCA's. Even breakfast was a gourmet affair, with everything cooked fresh to order from an impressive menu, they catered for my gluten-free diet brilliantly. I had the best Eggs Benedict on the planet. All in all, La Gemma personifies Florence...glamorous, and beautiful, where one visit is never enough. We will be back.

**Title: Cozy Stay, Friendly Vibes** Stayed for a couple of nights, and it was a solid experience! The staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Providing the very best in customer service & having an attention to detail that is second to none is clearly their priority. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. The experience in Villa Sull’arno was outstanding! The staff, the room, the building itself, the garden, the spa. There is a shuttle service to the city center, which is a great idea, although we preferred to use the bikes this time and it was a lot of fun and a good way to get around the city. They are in every detail! We would love to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Sara’s place. Firstly, the place was spotless, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Secondly, the location is excellent—close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The property itself has been newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern. Lastly, the yard is absolutely beautiful, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. I highly recommend staying here!
