We spent very nice weekend in this hotel. The charming and caring staff, who congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, helped us decide on the choice of restaurants. The hotel itself is very stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, a selection of drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast is a la carte - what could be better.

Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, comfortable room with comfortable beds for a family of 4. Great indoor pool. A lot of nice typical restaurants close by. The jaccuzi on the top floor with the view of Florence skyline by night a must do as well.

Il Castellucio is probably the best family owned small luxury hotel we've ever been to. Breath taking location - a mountain creek running by, an oak forest all around, lavender fields and olive trees. A green paradise in the heart of Tuscany. Excellent service, staff exceeding expectations, delicious breakfast. A perfect location to stay at and travel around Tuscany. Well done, guys! We will be back:)

We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast spread is generous. There’s a lot of choices and the staffs are so kind to accommodate anything you might need. The room is big and beyond our expectations. We were 3 and there’s a lot of space. We loved the complimentaries and the helpful staff. The front desk helped us request for a cab back to the station. Location wise, it’s superb! 10 mins walk from Firenze main station. 8 mins walk to A’ccademia and 3-5 mins walk to Duomo. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Near every maseaure attractions (30 minutes walk) but we take the bike which is around 10 minute Beautiful decor, modern yet it gave off tuscan vibes. Antiques everywhere and gorgeous details. Also the room we stayed in has breathtakingviewsw over the river. If you want tuscan experience, close to main attractions and excellent value, stay in this hotel.
