This was an absolute find - we needed somewhere to stay on our drive between Sicily and Naples and stumbled across Domus Otium. It was a highlight of the trip! A beautiful home amongst fields, with neighbouring donkeys and goats and lovely staff. Dinner at the restaurant on-site was excellent and it was such a lovely place to rest and recharge

The pool was excellent, clean, fresh and in a sheltered spot at the side of the hotel. Everywhere was very clean and the staff, a delight. The bed most comfortable. Melita, on reception made us welcome and was very helpful.

Clean, fresh, quiet, great views of valley and mountains, good loco’ to stay after travelling into Salerno airport and heading to Matera. Good recommendation for food in nearby roadside diner, which was superb for an easy, quick and delicious meal. Hosts were lovely, very eager to make sure everything was perfect. Sprayed room with mosquito repellent before we went in ◡̈ I took a travel kettle and my AeroPress as I do like a proper coffee on a morning (and a decaf at night) but there was a coffee machine to use in the dining kitchen in the entrance to the apartment. Breakfast exceeded any expectation I’d have for ‘plentiful’, crazy amount of cake too! All in all - superb. I highly recommend◡̈

nice spacious room with great facilities! Beautiful view and very welcoming lovely hosts. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. We would definitely like to come again.

I had a comfortable room in this building in the old part of town. I arrived by train and it is about a ten minute walk uphill from the station but I had missed the owner Angela's message that she would pick me up at the station. Angela will help with whatever advice you may need about the local area. A great choice for my stay of a couple of days in this friendly and welcoming part of Basilicata.

The hotel is new and the room was very tidy and comfortable. Staff members were professional and welcoming making our stay great. Breakfast was good with many savoury and sweet options. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing location, we saw the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It is a very calm place in the middle of nowhere but very close to small towns. Great for relaxing and enjoying holidays. The staff is more than friendly, helpful, whenever we asked or needed anything their reaction was prompt and helpful. They want you to feel at home but nobody bothers you. They are just there in case you need anything. It's a huge area maintained with great love. Just perfect.

Grand Hotel Osman is in Atena Lucana, a 10-minute drive from the Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano. It offers an outdoor pool.
