The staff is truly exceptional. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and quiet, with a large bed and a great shower. Breakfast is very good, and having freshly pressed orange juice is a great treat. The slope is just across from the hotel, so you can easily ski in and out, and you get a discounted rental when you stay at the hotel, which is appreciated.

It was a perfect stay : unique historical building, very helpful and super friendly owners Stefano and Isabella, tradicional and delicious home made food, nice spa, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We are grateful to Stefano for attention, advices and wine recomendations, to Isabella for gourmet dinners and smile and half irish Lady for her super good humour. Absolutely recomend!

Amazing facilities and very good SPA and breakfast. For the SPA, there are a lot of different pools and saunas, relaxation areas and even some snacks. For the breakfast, very good selection of food and you can press your own juice as well (which I haven't seen anywhere before). Hotel has a ski shop downstair which offer a good selection of free staff such backpacks and bicycles for sport activities such as hiking, which was very nice.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, located near to the cable car. The suite interior design very stylish, modern, spacious size of the living area and the bathroom. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, assist with a car parking and the luggage. Took us to a welcoming tour on SPA facilities and sauna area. The breakfast is tasty and varied.

Very clean (the ladies organized everything so nicely that we were in shock in a good way) and a cozy room to stay. Nice spa area where you can relax after skiing. Friendly staff. Nearby to the Pinzolo lift as well as convenient near to the city center of Pinzolo.

Amazing pool, spa and sauna facilities. Everything is modern, new and clean and there are so many different sauna and pool areas to relax in. Had one of the best massages, the masseur really got into the sore muscles after skiing.

We got lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious, big balcony and bathroom. We had 2 single beds, as I travelled with a friend. Breakfast was good, the usual, fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and some hot options.
