One of the loveliest holiday homes we've ever stayed in. Just down the hill from Pienza (about a 15 min walk) with amazing views of the south of the town. The inside of the house is cool and recently refurbished and the outside has a terrace facing Pienza in one direction and down into Val d'Orcia in the other. The house is surrounded by the hosts' farm and we were welcome to walk through the olive groves. The hosts, Marida and Maurizio, live just a few metres away and couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful (with the assistance of google translate).

A very warm and lovely house!!!! The owners are sweet and helpful!! They recommended good restaurant in Pienza and gave a warm tour of their farm. The location is perfect just under Pienza, we enjoyed a very good view in the house, very spacious, clean and good hot water for bathing.

Owner’s wife ensured beautifully cooked home made torta’s were in the breakfast table each morning. Great swimming pool was available. Patio/garden breakfast area. Rooms clean and tidy.

The rooms are lovely with an enormous jacuzzi bath, and the host was extremely attentive providing recommendations for the local area and a fantastic breakfast every morning. Awesome space. Alex the host was amazing. Had fantastic communication, tips and advice was extremely friendly and helpful. Messaged before we arrived to help us settle in, greeted us and answered any questions we had including wonderful recommendations for food and things to do. We loved our stay here with the great space and felt very relaxed. Accommodation was nice and clean. Internet worked well. Location to mediaeval towns including Montepulciano was perfect for our stay just a short drive in to town. We would highly recommend Serraglio and really appreciate Alex and his family for an amazing time. They also have excellent wines to try!
