The room was very clean. It had all the necessities, and even some bonus items, like snacks. There was a small issue with the shower drain which the host fixed immediately. Maurizio is a great host, responsive, helpful, friendly, he kindly invited me to have coffee in the mornings. The backyard of the property is a nice place to relax. There is a cute black rabbit that is wandering around sometimes. :)

What an elegant townhouse, ideally situated in the heart of Olbia old town. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the charming and friendly Sara, who extended us a warm and hospitable welcome. Throughout our stay, Sara was always available to assist us and provided us with exceptional service. Her phone was always at hand in case we needed anything. We stayed in the Costa Esmeralda apartment, located on the first floor. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a spacious layout, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The thoughtful welcome treats were a lovely surprise. One of the highlights of this property was the rooftop hot tub, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing and exploring and offered stunning views of the surrounding areas. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Olbia. It certainly met and exceeded all our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Sara, for taking such good care of us and ensuring that we had a fabulous stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel's location is perfect - accessible by train, a 4 minutes walk to the beach, it's very peaceful and quiet. It's also 10 minutes walk to the harbor with restaurants and a shop. The nearby beach is dreamy and there are lounges for the hotel's guests. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfasts had varied food options and it was tasty. We had double room with garden view and the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, plus we had huge terrace as well. The room's temperature was perfect considering outdoor heat. Checkout time was 12, so not too early fortunately. There's green surrounding around the hotel, we met a turtle on our way to the beach. If you don't want to rent a car in Sardinia, thats a ideal place to stay. The train station is 2 minutes away. The trains don't go super often, but if you're organised, there's no need for a car. We used train to get to Golfo Arranci and Olbia and buses for airport, it's very cheap.
