The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was in the middle of the city. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. It was a wonderful hotel. Next time I will stay there again. I would rate it a 10

We loved the cleanliness of our beautiful high ceiling room. It had a big bathtub with jets and the entire bathroom and bedroom were very spacious. We slept amazing but if you are sensitive to some noise you might want to bring earplugs because the room/window is facing the street. The breakfast was so-so.

Lovely interior, breakfast delivered to the room, nice balcony. Everything feels and looks new and clean. Lorenzo is keeping the place and is very welcoming! Take the left staircase when entering the building and climb to 3rd floor (which is 4t or 5th in Eastern European floor numbers). The surroundings and building are funky, but inside it is super nice!

Room was fantastic, spacious and clean with a hot tub/jacuzzi bath tub in the bathroom along with a huge shower. Lovely terraced balcony looking out into the streets of Naples. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was perfect 10 minutes away from the coast, 10 min drive from train station and close to all other amenities.

It is a nice traditional Italian hotel, Good spacious room, with jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately we had two nights without air con, They offered alternative rooms, but they were inferior, so had a fan. The last night air con was restored. Very busy city with cars and many motor bikes, lots of tired buildings and graffiti, but once you get into the spirit, then you realise that that makes the city, a very vibrant place with lovely people Mitchela on reception was lovely

We stayed for 4 nights and are very happy with our choice. There is nothing better than returning to your room after an exhausting day in Naples, Amalfi or one of the islands and relaxing with a bubble bath in the whirlpool tub. The rooms were clean and the host was very friendly. In addition, the central location is within walking distance of the central train station and the entire city center. We can only recommend this accommodation!

The host, Vincenzo, was so helpful from the moment we booked the Petite Suite. He messaged me straight away to let me know that he was there if we needed anything. The jacuzzi bath is absolutely amazing! And just what we needed before the Naples half marathon. The bed was very comfortable and he provided coffee for the coffee machine. There is a dining area to relax in and a separate shower and toilet area. Vincenzo also let us store our luggage while we were out the following day. Definitely recommend!

The room is spacious, clean and equipped. It has a table and a sofa. In the bathroom there is a large jacuzzi, in which the hot water does not run out. Toiletries + candles were left. The place is very close to the old town, the port and the metro. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The main entrance of the building is locked at night. There is also a working elevator.

Great location in a lovely part of Naples a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The room was very spacious and had a small balcony, air conditioning in the room that we could control, a little fridge and a lovely jacuzzi bath. The lighting in the room was lovely. There was also access to a shared kitchen though we didn’t use it so can’t comment on it. The check-in process was handy and the host was very pleasant and helpful
