From the minute we walked in we were welcomed like family . I can’t say enough about Andrea - he was friendly , helpful went above and beyond . I travel extensively for work and have never had this level of welcoming at a hotel. Andrea helped with all tours , drivers and was always there to greet us with a smile .Room was big and comfortable . Breakfast was delicious with many options . The bar was perfect for appertivo and snacks . Modena was lovely and will definitely be back .

Excellent place. We arrived for the night and received very kind service!! Big and clean rooms. perfect!!! Forgot a baby stroller when we left for the airport, they contacted us and kept the stroller until someone came to pick it up.

The villa was beautifully presented, centrally located in the old town (but was still easily accessible) and, with only 3 rooms, was comfortable and felt exclusive. The villa itself has been recently renovated to a high standard with an old world charm. The jacuzzi and sauna in a large garden area added to the experience. The owner, Francesca, was an excellent host with a great personality. A number of high quality restaurants within easy walking distance helped to make our stay relaxing.
