Marco, the host, took great care of us and showed us everything. He even made us coffee at breakfast and was incredibly helpful overall. Among other things, he also reserved a table for us at a restaurant. You rarely come across such a dedicated host! The surroundings are fantastic – unfortunately, we were only passing through on our way to Tuscany and stayed just one night in this wonderful house. The region easily rivals Tuscany, and it’s a real pity we didn’t know that beforehand. It’s a perfect holiday destination for relaxing and hiking, nestled in beautiful mountainous nature!

Amazing hotel in an amazing location! We felt like home. The staff was really kind and nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is also heated and very clean. Breakfast was really good. We will come back again for sure!

A beautiful peaceful setting in the countryside on the southern aspect of Bologna. A lovely taste of traditional italian country living. Easy access to Bologna via train. Car definitely needed though to get to station and shops. Pool was refreshing (mountain water) Wonderful hosts.
