The owner was very kind. I arrived after midnight because of a mistake I made, and the owner kindly sent a video explaining how to get into the building and what room I had. The next morning, I was the last one to have breakfast. He made me scrambled eggs and explained where the eggs came from, heated up a cake for me and genuinely just had a nice conversation. It was great as a solo traveller.

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than described. Rosa and Gabriele went above and beyond to make me feel at home, they prepared a variety of delicious breakfasts, were always available to help, and even invited me to join them and their friends for dinner. They genuinely cared about my comfort and checked in regularly if I needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and well taken care of, and we especially loved the interior – modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic – on a quiet street, which gave us a real sense of peace and safety. The entry system for both the building and apartment was super easy to use and felt very secure. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

Lovely family run hotel with historical significance, commissioned by Cosimo I of Medici who was the Grand Duke of Tuscany, and part of a Renaissance fortified town. The hotel was in a valley surrounded by the beautiful hills of Romagna. The lady owner was very friendly and she and her son chatted with us on the terrace. She also gave us a lot of information about the castle's history. The breakfast was great, we could see she has made huge effort to prepare the amazing breakfast.

With inner courtyard views, Agriturismo e Cantina La Sabbiona is set in Faenza and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, sun terrace and children's playground.
