We had a fantastic stay at Auberge de la Maison. Most of all we absolutely loved the staff, every one of them was extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff went out their way to help us and it never felt like it was a burden to them. The bar staff are excellent! And make a wonderful gin sour. The cleaning staff are fabulous, not a spot of dust anywhere and our room was cleaned to a high standard. The turnover service at night is a great wee bonus, first time we've experience this in a hotel. The transfer service is very good, never a long wait and the drivers are friendly and helpful too. Restaurant staff also great and we enjoyed the breakfast. They all really went above and beyond, definitely the best staff we have experienced in a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel really stands out. We felt quite at home and didn't want to leave after our week here.

Amazing variety, quality and service at the hotel. We really felt welcome from start to finish. The variety and quality of every breakfast item was spectacular, the staff attention and advice - even better. We loved this hotel and hope to be back in the future. Due to the the central location we decide to drive to the Dollonne and Val Veni bases, the hotel will be offering a shuttle in the future, as we were told.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Lady at bar very knowledgeable and passionate about wine. The beautiful complimentary charcuterie platters with our drinks. The spa was great and the mint tea and cakes left for us a beautiful touch. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we haven't encountered such kind people in a long time. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with wonderful new towels. They even changed our robes after visiting the spa, which is something we've never experienced, even in highly-rated hotels. The dinners and breakfasts at the hotel restaurant were delicious. The olive oil from Palermo was a true delight, and the coffee was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel because it is truly outstanding.
