Wonderful apartment with a lot of space, a beautiful interior and three fully equipped sleeping rooms with separate bathrroms. It´s located perfectly at the entrance of Villasimus so you can reach the Simius beach by feet. Definitely recommended for a group of 3-6 people. Hopefully coming back soon.

The location was stunning, with a wonderful view of the bay from the balcony and garden.The house was comfortable, with great bedrooms, shower room and en-suite. The 3 bedrooms we used all had doors straight into the garden. Hot tub was much enjoyed. There were lots of items we could take to the beach - umbrellas, seats, mats etc. The host replied to messages swiftly. A few minutes drive down the hill is a lovely beach wirh bar and boats for hire (strongly recommend hiring a RIB for half a day), paddle boards etc. Near the beach a good centre with a great restaurant, bar, tobacconist and well stocked supermarket Also an excellent fish shop.

The location is perfect to explore many beautiful beaches, as the hotel is just in the beginning of the costiera (coastal road). New hotel, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Plenty of shelves and space for luggage. The bathroom is clean and with a nice walk in shower. Breakfast is served on the terrace. Helpful and professional staff. Plenty of private parking space.

"The Villa" was really nice in a quite place, where we found out everything we needed. We stayed in 8 adults and we never felt like too many people, because the villa was so spacious inside that can really host 8 people with all confort for everyone (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livable kitchen and a big living room with a long comfortable sofa). Big TV sets and air conditioner almost in every room. It was surrounded by a big garden with gazebo, tables, chairs, an outisde gas burner and a barbeque (wood to burn was available as well), where we cooked and enjoied grilled meat and fish. The Villa is very well furnished with great attention to details and everything was very clean and well maintained. The hostess was always available for any problem (live, through whatsapp and phone call), at arrival we found a welcome basket with food inside (e.g. pasta, tomato, sweets, etc. enough to cook for a first dinner). Overall it was a pleasant stay, it is a place to come back to.
