The property is elegant, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, offering a true sense of comfort and refinement. Perfectly suited for families, it provides the peace and privacy of the Italian countryside while being only 25 minutes from the heart of Rome – the ideal balance between relaxation and convenience. We were pleasantly surprised to discover not one, but two stunning swimming pools, one of which features a jacuzzi – an unexpected touch of luxury that made our stay truly unforgettable. Luca was an exceptional host – warm, thoughtful and incredibly attentive to every detail. His local insights and genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience, making us feel instantly at home. If you’re looking for a luxurious family escape near Rome, surrounded by comfort, beauty and serenity, this property is an absolute treasure. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Beautiful, magical location in Calcata Vecchia. Quirky and unique accommodation - basically a cave house built into the side of the cliff. Lots of unique (and rather eccentric) little shops and restaurants in the old town; plus lots of interesting places to visit (by car) not far away Spa facilities down in the bottom cave of the house - jacuzzi, nice shower, relaxation room Additional spa treatments, massages etc available if required (at extra cost) Christian the owner was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive

The room is just awesome! Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities! in the kitchen and in every room, it has an espresso coffee maker and capsules to make your coffee. also, there is a cafe for French Coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped! 10 is a bit much for this particular accommodation. And the restaurant "Enjoy," which is right across the room, is excellent!
