The room is neat and cozy, and the breakfast is also good and convenient. The parking is quite big and next to the hotel, really convenient if you're driving here. The reception helped me a lot with information about the city and the Bolzano card, assisted me a lot and very patient with my questions. I really thanked him (sorry I forgot to ask your name) for making the trip in Bolzano a lot easier. I will still stay here next time I visit Bolzano, highly recommend.

I'm in love with this hotel! One of the best hotels I've ever been too! 1. The location just couldn't be better! It's right in the center of Bolzano! To be honest, when we arrived to the main square I couldn't believe it was our hotel haha as it was the most beautiful building (it's like when you come to the city and you see all those hotels in the center and they give you WOW effect; it was the same here). The city is small, so it's obvious that it's close to the railway station, to the main cathedral, and etc. 2. Our room was wonderful! I guess we've got an upgrade as our room was a little but more spacious than we expected. Lovely views from the windows, comfy bed, lovely bathroom with all the facilities, beautiful and clean room in general! I just loved it so much! Wish we could stay there longer. 3. The hotel in general is very nice. It's beautiful, the staff is very nice and polite, the elevators are working fine (there is an elevator even from the outside of the hotel). It felt like we were living in a castle some centuries ago haha. Cool! 4. I guess it's pretty pricey in summer, but we've been there in winter so the price was nice. 5. I loved the breakfast! We had absolutely everything there! Fish, eggs, ham, bakery, juices. So delicious. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable spacious room. Modern decoration. We were three persons, one large bed separated by a divider wall from a small area with a single bed/couch. Bathroom either plenty of space. Convenient parking. Perfect location, opposite to the Ötzi museum, supermarket and a very short walk from the center with many restaurants and ice cream shops.

The hotel is right in the city center of Bolzano with parking available (€25 per day) in their garage. It's a beautiful hotel with anything you may need (gym, spa, baths). My room was simply gorgeous; it had air-conditioning, a smart light system, a fridge, kettle, a microwave and much more. Lots of space and very comfortable. Despite it being in the center, it's not noisy at all! The staff was also really friendly and helpful. The best place I've stayed at during my road trip through six European countries. Absolutely recommended!
