Primarily the staff were excellent and particularly the service of Samir made our stay. The hotel has an internal restaurant set in a beautiful stone wall cellar and the food was terrific. The hotel has great facilities including a gym, spa and heated pool and the gardens are beautiful and well kept. Our room was set in one of the castle towers and had gorgeous mountainside views as well as offering very comfortable accommodation. Will absolutely stay again.

The hotel was extraordinary. It is beautyfully located near a nice farm in the fields. You have a beautyful view over the dolomit mountains and very nice walking tracks through forests very close by. The staff was very friendly. The design of the hotel is very modern but also very cosy. Everything is exceptionally clean and and the details make you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is just delicious with lots of fresh fruit and berries and everything you wish for! The whirlpool in the room was a treat and the room itself very spacious and well equiped. The spa has nice views over the alps. There is even a meditation room with yoga equipment.
