This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!

We loved learning about the history of this incredible home! The location can't be beat as it sits overlooking the historical town of Orvieto, only a short drive away. There is another beautiful, historical town that sits on a hilltop only accessible by foot bridge called Civita, another must-see. There is so much to see and do in the area, including cave tours. If you'd rather a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings, this is the place for you! There is a beautiful pool and hot tub, a patio area as well as an outdoor sitting area for those warmer days. There is a lovely area inside to curl up and wat h TV or read if you wish, and the bedroom is gorgeous, filled with amazing history with original 18th-century charm still in place.

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.

We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable.
