The owner Mr. Dilshad Najar, management, from the General Manager Mr. Mohamad Smidi, and Mr. Alaa and all their staff in all areas went above and beyond to assist me with everything. For example, from check-in, requests and local recommendations. The quality of the room - bedding, size, comfort, cleanliness was exceptional. The new years party was excellent. Overall I cannot recoomend this Hotel enough!!! Excellent prices. Ecxcellent job by everyone. Keep up the excellent work guys. Will be back 100% for sure.

We spent 2 weeks there, the overall service was outstanding and the staff were fantastic, specially the reception gentleman Mr. Karam, also the Kitchen service by Mr. Ayham, and the room service guy Mr. Mostafa. Everything was clean, we had very good breakfast, also the SPA/Sauna service was good and the personal were very cooperative.
