Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

We booked 1 day stay and extended for 3 more nights in this paradise like place. Water here is the cleanest we found anywhere in Goa and having a beach right in front of the property is a truly a treat. We stayed in the two different room type with same kind of amenities but very different feel. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and open air shower in one while our other room had Jacuzzi enclosed in a separate room. Trying to be environmentally friendly we resued the Jacuzzi by adding hot water to it next day and it was fine. Burgers at the restaurant is must try and we highly recommend chicken Tikka. The owners live at the property and and always there for anything

The location is stunning, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the forest and nature was amazing, with langur monkeys, a huge variety of birds, lizards and butterflies all around our room each day. Some beautiful places to explore (on foot, bike or car) all around. They have a good menu but also cook anything you like off the menu as well (providing they have the ingredients). Nice pool. Lovely Yoga sala. Great place to unwind and reconnect.

The entire resort was very well maintained and clean, including the garden and the beach area. The staff were also very accommodating and very friendly. Since we had the ocean view room, our view from the room itself was also spectacular.

Location excellent, large room and bathroom, stunning view. Clean, tidy, comfortable, and the bed was huge. Full size fridge/ freezer, was a great feature. The staff were fab, helpful, but not in your face. Air con perfect and the breakfast was great
