First of all the Hotel is situated in a amazing place. The staff, from desk- to room service team, are very friendly and helpful. One felt quickly comfortable and looked after. The dining had a amazing variety. Something for everybody. And if you don’t find something, you ask they make it for you. All in all it was a super experience.

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at 31st December farms. From the off-road jeep ride to the property to the delicious food at the restaurant everything was perfect. The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

This hotel is wonderful, it's a new hotel so you can see there are still a few teething items as they get used to the swing of things. The welcome was lovely and check in was easy, there are buggies that take you around the hotel itself as it has some steep walks, these are available whenever you need them. The views are lovely in this area and pool looks over the hills which is beautiful. The restaurant is also great, and a wonderful choice at breakfast. We even watched a cooking demonstration and got to eat the food after, which was a fun unique experience. The service is impeccable people really want to help you.
