From our very first contact, George was an exceptional host. He was responsive and helpful. He organised great trips, all at good prices. The hotel is extraordinary, owned by an antiques dealer, with every room unique. His massive showrooms are attached to the hotel, so, if that is your thing, you will be in heaven. We had three rooms and each were special. While full of antiques, there was still modern features like Japanese style electric toilet seats. The food was lovely and, unlike many places in the area, you could grab a cold beer. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Customer care is excellent. The place was squeeky clean. They go above and beyond to keep the guest comfortable and happy. We had a slight problem with the shower fixture and they attended to it and fixed the problem within minutes. Also everyday we stayed there we received a courtesy call to check if everything is fine and if we r comfortable. The breakfast spread is just amazing. I am a foodie who loves to try out different dishes everyday. 5 days was not enough to do that. Even during the peak breakfast hour, the supervisors made sure that the guests didnt have any pending live station orders by asking and checking on everyone. Loved the live tea stand there. They served different types of tea and the service was so quick!!! I appreciate and commend the work of Abhishek from housekeeping. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. Also the concierge lady ( slightly mature lady whose name i dont remember 😔) who received us everyday; she was lovely 👍
