Breakfast, location, pool, room, and service is incredible. All the staff wants to take care of your requests and please you. They gave me an extended stay for 4 hours, for free, even though the hotel was fully booked. I am speechless.

I had a wonderful stay at KB Marina Park. The hotel offers a great view and is conveniently located near the main attractions in Chennai. The customer service was excellent — every staff member was warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Room was comfortable, wifi good, restaurant good, staff were great and location is excellent for the airport. Would recommend for an overnight stay before a morning flight.

I was not feeling well when I arrived so I had two meals in my room, the staff were very flexible when I asked for something that was not on the menu - they allowed me to have it. Also, I told them I was not feeling well and a young woman said she would check on me which she did, that day and the next. I felt the service was very caring.
