What a very special place this is, we were enchanted. Had a fabulous spa treatment, watching the monkeys with their babies while having a head massage. Truly the most relaxing place I’ve stayed in. I had room 6, a standard room which was perfect, a dressing room to hide my suitcase and stuff! We had sundowners in the tree house. And the waterfall was in full flow. Lovely food, lovely staff. Yes, it’s expensive, but so worth it.

The hotel is very clean. The beds very comfortable. The host was lovely and helped us with finding a restaurant for dinner. The hotel is by the river. 2 minutes walk and we were sitting by the water enjoying the beautiful calm scenery. Highly recommend

The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

This wonderful hotel deserves 5 stars for the helpfulness of the staff alone. Before we had even stayed in this hotel, the staff and management had offered to hold some of our bags for a day before we even checked in, and their kindness impressed us so much that we decided to stay an extra night. The hotel offers a beautiful restaurant, executive bar and spa and swimming pool, and the rooms were everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. One of the managers, Mr. Abhijith George was consistently pleasant and ensured on every day of our stay that we were well looked after. The food was very tasty and the chef did personally ensure that the food was made to our liking. In terms of location, this hotel was very accessible to Kochi airport and the hotel even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early morning departure. For anybody looking for an affordable, accomodating and well-located hotel in Kochi, I would highly recommend this hotel.
