Excellent location. The staff was more than excellent, very helpful, very friendly. We really felt at home. Breaksfast was very good, and they have a lobby bar that is a wonderful place for an afternoon tea or a night cap. The Spa was so good it was probably the best hotel Spa I have ever been.

I travelled with my daughter and we had a double room, which was very comfortable and big enough. There was everything we needed in the room (toiletries, kettle, coffee machine, tea and coffee) including drinking water from a dedicated tap. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located around 30 minutes of pleasant walk from the Trinity College. A bus stop is just in front. The breakfast was also good and at a reasonable price.

Overall a great experience. Service at the reception very friendly. We were arriving with a hire car and luckily as it was the weekend, we were able to find a free parking space on street outside, but we were also offered a parking space in the basement car park (limited spaces). The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in my life. The room was very small, but it was extremely cosy to wake up with an amazing view of the river. I would definately recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was absolutely delicious.
