When we arrived at the Villa by horse and cart Ucup from the management team was waiting for us. He showed us around, provided information about the island, recommended things to do. Most importantly he provided his whatsapp number and was able to arrange anything we needed from more beers to e-bikes, even organising the horse and cart required to get us to the port for our boat back to lombok. The villa was clean, spacious, plenty of room, main bedroom has huge bathroom with a spa bath, has incredible amount of storage. It was just heaven and we are used to staying in high end hotels.

Staff at Paradise Villa was extremely friendly and helpful, they really want to make guests feel like home right from the arrival! Room was even nicer than what we expected, really clean and the bed was comfy. Pool was refreshing and the staff even offered us snacks and coffee when were staying there after a beach day! They also offered to fill in our water bottles there to help us avoid buying new plastic bottles all the time.

The villas are exquisitly decorated and are very homey and comfortable. We really enjoyed how private and small the area was and often opted to have our meals at the villa so we could chill by the pool by ourselves. The staff were very helpful in organising everything from massages to laundry for us. It is a 20 minute walk to the "main" street, but within 10 minute walk to many other restaurants and coffee shops. We also used the villa bikes each day to make journeys shorter. We hope to come back to stay again.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We keep you in our memories
