It was a perfect day in Hotel Auris. All the staff were friendly, the location and atmosphere of the accommodation were excellent, and the room condition exceeded my expectations. The sauna was free with a reservation, and the jacuzzi offered private access for an hour for a fee of 6,000ft. The jacuzzi might feel small, but its privacy was a welcome bonus. And the breakfast exceeded my expectations. This is a hotel I would like to visit again next time.

Everything! The accomodation was spotless and welcoming! The mixing of colours were perfectly! It was very-well equipped. I've never expected to find also a baby-chair. There was a baby-bed and a cute towel on it :). Enough pillows to protect the baby when sleeps. :)))) The beds were comfortable and the sheets so soft! 😍 You can find also a breastfeeding chair! The kitchen had all you need, even a toaster. I liked the dishes and the cutlery. The dining space + the living room even-though looks seem small they are well positioned and give a lot of space. The bathrooms were very-well-thought-out: one with the toilet so you don't bother nobody who takes a shower. I liked the dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. If you are a smoker you have a balcony. We thought we'll have problems with the heating because when we arrived the radiators were cold and the heating have set to start automatically when the temperature is too low, but thanks to the air conditioning from each room we solved the issue. The check-in / check-out procedure and the keys handover are modern and no waste of time for none of us. I highly recommend!

The Hotel is Perfect, and all the staff speak English so there are no language problems and the staff are also really friendly. We had a room showing to the inner Courtyard, which is really nice and peaceful, also the room was modern and tidy. We booked with Half board, the food at both the Breakfast and Dinner was exceptionally good. The Hotel Spa Centre is fantastic and for real relaxing. We arrived early but were able to take the room immediately at 12:00, we also booked a late check-out so that we could use the Spa Centre and the room for the rest of the day on the day of the Check-out, which would have been available until 20:30 if we had wanted to stay that long and the extra cost was just 9000 HUF (Ca. €23,-) which is very good. The Hotel is very close to the Centre, so you can easily walk there in about 15 - 20 Mins. We really enjoyed everything and will be definitely coming back in the near future.
