Sauna, jacuzzi, terrace, lots of big spaces. The decore was lovely, rustic without being knickknacky. The hosts were super helpful, they were close but invisible until we needed them. The hosts helped with procuring birthday cakes and pizza. The garden is beautiful.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.

Although I originally booked Kúria next to Batthyány Castle Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the transfer to Batthyány Castle itself. The Batthyány Castle Hotel has beautiful, park-like grounds, creating a relaxing environment. The hotel is a beautifully renovated castle, with carefully chosen furniture, wallpaper, and lamps that blend historical charm with modern comfort. The wellness area features a small pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, with standout outdoor log saunas—aroma, himalayan salt, and finnish. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, always meeting our requests with a smile. Our heartfelt thanks to the chef and kitchen staff for their exceptional culinary skills; the food was very delicious with diverse breakfast and dinner options. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The property has all the listed amenities and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious. The whole place is designed in a way so we could relax, close to nature, fresh air, comfortable bed to sleep in, breakfast delivered to your door. The breakfast was amazing, huge selection of good quality local products. Animals in the resort had a lot of space and are very friendly, especially if you give them some apples (which is also provided by the resort). The owners and staff are very welcoming and take good care of the guests. We loved our stayed here and would be happy to return!
