Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, who helped make our girls' trip so wonderful. We all agreed we would have been happy to stay there again if we were travelling solo, because we knew the staff would look after us. Fab location on the beach with crystal clear water for swimming. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. We wandered along the promenade to try other places but the hotel restaurant surpassed all of them. The restaurant team were also more than willing to adapt to dietary requests (vegetarian, allergies etc.), and were amused by, but very accommodating of, our requests for things like "steak salad but without the steak" and "scallop risotto but without the scallops, please". My room and balcony were very generously sized, with a proper desk for working at, and plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Both the room and the restaurant were excellent value for money.

We love Bluesun Holiday Village Afrodita! The renovated rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. Great breakfast, great dinners, very kind and friendly staff, very nice people serving breakfast and dinner. Beautiful sea and beach. Everything was almost perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic ! This Mediterranean 4 star stone villa stands for everything, which can be called a relaxing vacation. After starting my day with a workout in the private on-site gym, I enjoyed a tasty breakfast, and relaxed at the pool in the privat garden. Being located in heart of the old town offers a variety of lunch options just outside Casa Columba. Finally I spent the rest of the day at the beautiful nearby beach until the sunset. In the evening starting from 18:00 o’clock the ground floor and garden area of Casa Columba is turning into a cosy Wine & Cocktail Bar called the „Urban Garden“, also offering typical Dalmatian food plates. I can recommend booking a table at the „Urban Garden“, which is also open for external guests. Generally, it is a luxury and cosy place, with friendly staff.

The best hotel we ever stayed at! We travel a lot in Europe and have never seen this kind of luxury anywhere else. We were greeted with a glas of bubbly wine when we checked in. The staff was extremely friendly and their only mission was to make our stay as great as they possibly could and they succeed with that. The breakfast is fantastic! You order how you want your eggs done or if you want scrambled eggs, omelette etc etc. The pool area is very nice even though we didn't use it. It's very close to the beach. You can see a part of the beachwalk from the room. The room was spotless and everything you can need is there. There is also a minibar and safe. The bed was very comfortable. They have a garage with a Tesla destination charger wich was reserved to us during our stay. All other hotels have a lot to learn from the staff here. Stars means nothing if you can't live up to them. The staff here was top notch as well as the hotel itself. They gave us lots of ideas what to do around there and wrote notes to us so we could find it. If you are thinking of going to Makarska or the surroundings you must book here! It's worth every euro.
