Special thanks to Alex for his warm welcome and the special attention given to our son upon arrival. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The service was impeccable, and the facilities, particularly the spa and pool, met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The dining options were also outstanding, with a varied and high-quality breakfast. At our departure, Charles showed great kindness toward us and our child, making a perfect end to our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Hong Kong.

Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!
