Mike is the perfect host. Low-key presence, very effective and utmost kind. Thank you, Mike, for helping us with every request, sometimes with short notice. Alaso Suites is a comfortable urban stay in Fira, designed in a sober and tasteful fashion in every single detail: from the quality of the bed, pillows and linens until the bath amenities, not forgetting to mention the delicious little homemade sweets in the room. AC works perfectly and we can control it ourselves in the room, which for me is very important. Great TV screen in the wall in front of the bed. Pleasant private balcony with a hydromassage tube. Every surface is spotlessly clean and smells clean. The breakfast could not be better. It was specially prepared and served for you on the moment, with different and delicious products and recipes every morning. It's perfectly located in Fira, in a calm spot, with a free car parking nearby and it distances a short 5-10 minutes walk from the busy center of the town and major attractions. I will always remember Alaso as a fresh and relaxing retreat in Fira, wonderful to return to, after the hot of the day. I really hope to come back one day.

The location was excellent. The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.

The service was great, the team is very very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty. The room is in great design and you have all you need: cosmetics, flip flaps, towels. Additonally the team gave us extra pillows (and even ask of which kind of softness do we wish). The balcony is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous pool with clean and warm water, additionally laying chaise for sunbathing and table with chairs for evening chilling. The view especially with the sunrise is stunning. Thank you!

Our stay at On the Cliffs in Fira, Santorini was nothing short of extraordinary. After an unexpected airline mishap left us arriving hours earlier than planned—tired, stressed, and hoping for a bit of luck—we were welcomed with exceptional care and kindness. A heartfelt thank-you to Simone, who truly set the tone for an unforgettable experience. She arranged an early check-in with effortless warmth and professionalism, instantly easing our travel frustrations. To our surprise and delight, she also upgraded us to a stunning room with breathtaking views—and the highlight of it all, an amazing jacuzzi tub that became our sanctuary throughout the stay. Watching the Santorini skyline from the comfort of that jacuzzi was an absolute dream. The hotel itself is magnificent: perched right on the cliffs, beautifully designed, spotless, and serene. Every detail made us feel like we were living in a postcard. Thanks to Simone and the entire team at On the Cliffs, what began as a stressful travel day transformed into a magical escape. We will be cherishing this experience for years to come. A stay we highly, wholeheartedly recommend.

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walking distance from Fira centre. Everything was absolutely perfect, very quiet, I don't always sleep well on holidays but there, I had a great sleep! Very comfortable bed. The room was beautifully decorated, cleaned everyday, the jacuzzi was amazing! Anna was extremely helpful and nice ! The view was lovely with the sea and the tree and being woke up everyday by the singing birds was just amazing. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
