The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. Excellent room, professional responses to all of my inquiries, spacious shower room (especially enjoyed this), nice balcony, awesome daily cleaning service, great heating and hot water, nice location at a walking distance from downtown and the hub of local bus terminal (most important). Really an exceptional view. The pictures are 100% what you get when you book this place. The staff was very helpful as well. I can really recommend this place if you go to Santorini. Great bars and restaurants just outside the door. I you want to relax on your vacation this is a precept spot away from the busy tourist places but still in walking distance (20 min to Fira)

The villa is very clean, one of the cleanest accommodations I have stayed in. The space is private and very peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated with all the amenities one might need for their vacation (washing machine, dryer). The bathroom was impressive and spacious. The jacuzzi is heated and the surrounding area is well-maintained. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone would like to visit the island.

A lovely little hotel near the airport. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, hot and cold, with a great selection. Tavernas, a shop and ATM were a ten minute stroll down the hill, by a wide, sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers to rent. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and eager to help.
