We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Kourouta. What we liked the most? That the whole villa is brand new, plus the cleanliness, the huge balcony, the perfectly clean pool and the kitchen. There are sunshades on the balcony and over the pool. Great for kids. A huge Lidl supermarket is only a five-minute drive away in Amaliada. There are restaurants in walking distance and many more in Amaliada. Highly recommended.

Everything :) I stayed in the "non-deluxe" sea view room and it was above my expectations. The lobby and renovated half of the hotel are absolutely a gem, with clean, efficient design and modern amenities that merge luxury and comfort. Breakfast is abundant, the cafe' is always open, the restaurant is a great value for more traditional Greek dishes, the pool was one of my favourite things on this entire trip through Greece, the bed is extremely comfortable, the AC is super quiet, and staff is kinda + helpful. The owner, Georgios, is there to greet you and is dedicated to make sure that everything is perfect at all times; genuine hospitality. Resort is located in a nice cove with both sand and rocks; you can walk around it and swim out to a little island. There are also castle ruins on the hill behind, which is an easy walk (that can be extended to the volcanic terrains and olive groves towards Katakolo). Ended up staying for 3 nights and it was the first time I enjoyed the hotel so much that I literally didn't leave its grounds. Can't wait to go back :)

The location was excellent, close to the centre and shops, making it very easy to get around. Meeting the host was helpful, as he gave us tips about the property and was on hand if we needed anything. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy. The apartment was warm and cosy, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. Parking was super easy. The host was responsive - as I asked a few questions/accommodations for my mother, who has limited mobility, and the host was fantastic in accommodating her needs.
