Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Creta Maris Resort this August. From the very beginning, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning sea view, which set the tone for a perfect holiday. The entire resort was excellent in every way – the facilities, the cleanliness, the food, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation unforgettable. I especially want to mention Eleni from Customer Relations, who was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. During our time there, we celebrated my wife’s birthday, and Eleni organized a wonderful dinner with a delicious birthday cake and an incredible view. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch that meant a lot to us. Thank you to the whole team at Creta Maris Resort for making our family trip so special. We will definitely come back!

This hotel exceeded our expectations on most fronts. From the first step into the apartment you can feel the architects at work. So many details that have been thought through in order to make your stay as relaxing as possible. 10/10 would stay there again. We liked the view, the heated pool, the overall setup of the apartment, the gym with yoga corner and a sauna, the fact that you got plenty of drinking water, coffee and tea (replenished daily). I could continue this list and this would be a long one. Our hosts were proffessional and available via whatsup which is always a convinient option.

The staff, the facilities, the food--everything is beyond perfect. Sophia at the front desk and Sophia and Maria at breakfast are the most welcoming and friendliest people I have ever met. They make me feel like family. It just does not get better than Nana P. The breakfast is the best--fresh and delicious and so many options! Beautiful beach for swimming, attentive staff at the beach bar, walking distance to a cute town with cafes and shops, spectacular spa and a comfortable and beautiful room. You will feel like royalty!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel—it’s beautifully new with plenty to do throughout the day. The food was excellent, and the three on-site restaurants were truly exceptional. We especially loved the adults-only pool at the top of the hotel—it looked like something straight off Instagram and was the perfect place to relax. The gym and spa were brilliant, and finishing each evening at the Cloud Bar with a sunset view was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and a special thank you to Mr. Bolakis, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly unforgettable

Extremely clean, about 30 minutes from Heraklion airport, about 10 minutes from the beach. Nearby supermarkets ( including Lidl) about 10-15 minute drive . The place has a hot tub outside through French doors ( these have a mosquito netting frame), AC, and a very large and very useful ceiling fan ( with light, remote controlled). We used mostly the fan as it does create a very nice breeze / cooling effect ( set on timer night time for 4h- perfect for a relaxing sleep) . Near the hot tub / jacuzzi there is table with chairs and a parasol , plus a wall mounted foldable Brabantia cloth airer. 2 sunbeds are also there for your use. Privacy opaque glass wall between rooms at the hot tub area . To mention, the French doors have a sensor for the AC, so if you open the doors, the AC will stop. The room has a nice, large TV ( Toshiba smart TV) that sits flat against the ceiling, and a remote control will activate a motorised system to lower it at the angle that you want for best viewing experience. It has 2 HDMI slots empty if you want to bring your own fireTv stick ( you may need a 2m extension lead to power it though). The room has also an under the top fridge ( enough for 2 people), a coffee machine ( works with ground coffee only), an air-fryer, and an electric induction plate ( hidden in the cupboard). It has a small worktop for preparing coffee and meals with a sink for dishwashing. A table with chairs sits under the TV - enough for two people. The bed is large ( queen/ king size) and very comfortable. Separate toilet with mini shower for washing your back ( due to local laws, you are not allowed to put the toilet paper down the toilet - a small bin is provided for that). The shower is sort of walk-in /wet room with a privacy door, good water pressure. In between the shower room and the toilet there is a nice, large space with a big mirror and sink( with storage drawers underneath). The entire place exults great care in decoration and great taste.

Good location, parking, washing machine, dishwasher, iron. It's 5 minutes by car to Lidl, but there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, right on the beach, so the location is good. The house itself is big and comfortable. The owner is very friendly. The jacuzzi in the yard is a good bonus for the night chill.

מצעות המצלמה We stayed at George's apartment for 3 days. The house is exactly as in the pictures. Spacious, clean and functional. The apartment has everything. Excellent location. A 5-minute walk from the beaches and the promenade. Georg is a wholehearted host. Takes care of everything and asks during the stay if we need anything. Highly recommend.
