Hotel is on a perfect location, easy to find. Gersha, lady working on reception is really kind and easy to talk to. Even managed to recommend rent a car company for us. Breakfast included in price is huge and delicious. Will come back again.

The location of Norida is inside a little village with several other Mitsis hotels: Blue Domes and Summer Palace. The nice and clean pebble beach with water sports facility of other hotels a few steps away is excellent (just don’t expect to find a place after 7am first two rows next to the sea. Lounge chairs weren’t that comfortable, they were better by the pool and on the grass. The staff is exceptional: from the kind and helpful ladies at the reception (Soteria, Katarina) to the fantastic activity program yoga, Pilates, beach volley, aqua gym and tennis by Sophia, Parthenia and lady from Lausanne and the kids club was great with Effy and the girls with the funny name(s) according to our daughter. Service in restaurants: the staff was correct and enough to deal with the high amount of people, all did their best and made contact with the guests. Food: plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. It was nice to be able to have also additional food choices on the beach like pizza, gyro pita and near pools: ice cream and pancakes. Evening program was nice with possibility to go to other hotels for different shows. Also pleasant open air fitness area and salty water pools! There is a possibility to go to the bus stop opposite the hotel and take the bus to Kos city. The foam dino during the last days of our stay was such a good idea! The kids loved it. The quizz movie and song nights were a good way to let the brain work, similar games would be even more fun.

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

The staff are exceptional, the food quality is first class and the facilities are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. This resort is by far the best all inclusive resort I have stayed in, in all of Greece.

We had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite Luxury Suites. We stayed for 7 nights and couldnt fault the accommodation at all. The owner Aphrodite was so kind and was always available if we needed anything. She also gave us many gifts during our stay including local cakes, drinks, fruit etc. She really goes above and beyond! The suite itself has everything you could ever need. Its perfect. The bikes provided were very useful to cycle into Kos Town etc. Sad to be leaving but glad I found this place as we will definitely be back!
