Breakfast was one of the best we had in Greece with a good variety of food. Rooms were spotless clean and really comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with a modern look. Hotel has a small private parking nearby which gets full if you arrive late. It is close to many restaurants and shops. Staff were very kind.

To begin with, Konstantinos (the host) was very responsive and provided us with all the information upfront. He was also responding quickly to all queries we had during our stay. The apartment is new and well equipped with all you might need. It, is spacious with good furniture, clean and very comfy. Central air conditioning and ventilation helped a lot since it was 30+ outside pretty much all the time. We were provided with extra bed sheets and towels upon request. Also the host arranged for a cleaning in the middle of our stay. The location is great to enjoy Kalamata's seaside. It is 5 min walking from the beach and you also get plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. You can get to the old town by bus in 15 min.

Great position near the beach in about 5-10 minutes driving distance from the center of Kalamata. A very good restaurant and a small super market are only 500m away. Very friendly welcome by the owners although we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Our studio was large, very clean and comfortable with a nice, scenic ocean view from its terrace. Kitchen, bathroom and interior appeared quite new and well maintained. As there was no washing machine in our room, the owner kindly offered to run a machine load for us. Overall we spent two very relaxing days and unfortunately we had not enough time to extend our stay.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh and delicious. The personnel, especially the front desk were efficient as well as friendly and helpful. We did not use the spa facilities, but the hotel was an ideal base for touring the archeological sites and the superb countryside in this part of the Peleponnese.
