Everything- beautiful staff. Close to airport. Food excellent. Bed comfy. Atmosphere and entertainment delightful. One great night. Had late check in after a long flight and they opened the kitchen to accommodate us with dinner and nothing was a bother to all the staff and they could speak our language and understand us.

We have had the best vacation. Very well-organised, helpful, polite staff. We have had a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed every single moment. The buffet was rich, with good quality food and plenty of choices. The room was very clean. The theme nights quite entertaining. I highly recommend it and hopefully, we will get back there next year! The best holiday of our lives! We spent our honeymoon and a private wedding at Contessina Suites & Spa, and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The staff truly made us feel like family. I remember every person by name, and this connection is what makes this place unforgettable. A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.

What a pleasant stay this was. Beautiful hotel with stunning views and top quality facilities. We particularly liked the staffs kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for any request, and also the complementary room upgrade and welcoming drink at arrival - the bartender Kostas makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had (tried all of the signature cocktails). I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this one beats them all. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with amazing staff for a moment of relaxation.
