Excellent breakfast in a very nice place, kindly staff. Location very good. Wonderful rooms. We got a wine bottle as a "welcome" and espresso machine in the room, with a very good coffee. Nice and kind staff.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. The facilities are modern. The breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. All the staff were excellent at all times. They were wonderful organising day trips for me with great tour guide. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly. They made my visit to Ioannina a highlight of all my travels. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. Would 100% stay there again.
