The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort.
