Loved the location, onsite amenities such as the pool, restaurant and spa. The staff were always readily available and super helpful (even booking transport for us) and restaurant staff were very diligent. Great extras like fast turn around laundry service and the breakfast each morning with that view is unbeatable.

We loved everything, the place is simply amazing, beds was excellent. The apartment have everything what you could need. We really loved the place, terasse and pool which made our stay absolutely perfect! The views from the apartment are really breathtaking, facing the caldera and you can enjoy the most romantic sunsets. On top of it you will find amazing people with open hearts who are ready to help you with anyrything. I would recommend Spitia Tzitzi and I hope we come back.

Everything! The staff were amazing 👏 We stayed in the Vinsanto suite with the heated pool looking over the caldera, and on our first night we ordered room service to have by the pool it was amazing! Breakfasts were amazing!!! I cannot say enough our amazing our stay was. The room was kept clean and well serviced, and it was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable!!! The laundry service was great!! I would definitely stay again and would recommend others do the same, especially if you want to stay away from the tourist crowds!! We also hired a car and there was ample parking. We had to leave early, and the hotel staff prepared breakfast the night before it was perfect!!

Great location. Daily maid service with change of towels and change of bedding on request. Excellent facilities. Private setting which you don’t get with some of the properties on the caldera (west side). Great breakfast with plenty of selection. Apartments are within walking distance of various restaurants. Themis the manager is very helpful.

Everything was amazing. spotlessly clean. The staff was very helpful. Antonis upgraded our room and at the same price gave us the largest suite in the hotel and they allowed us to check out late on the day of departure. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in two of the Iatis accommodations, as the owners very kindly allowed us to move from one to the other as long as there was availability. Both have an excellent view of the caldera, but the one located lower down has a completely open view of the caldera from the terrace, as it is on the edge of the ravine and there are no buildings in front or below. The view from the jacuzzi is also impressive. In that case the accommodation is small, with a tiny kitchen space, but it is very cozy, and the terrace, the view and the jacuzzi made it our favorite. The accommodation located higher up is much more spacious (almost 10 times more, I would say), with a very well-equipped kitchen, and is partly troglodytic. In that case, the view of the caldera is less direct than in the small accommodation, and one of the internal paths of Imerovigli passes in front of the terrace, so some passers-by may pass by (rare, as it is a secondary internal path). Being such a spacious accommodation, it may be less cozy for some, but it is more practical for storing luggage and cooking. Contact with Yorgos was fluid and friendly and his advice was much appreciated. We didn't have to worry about lugging our luggage through the maze of narrow stairs and paths in Imerovigli as there is staff who take care of transporting luggage on arrival, move-in and departure.
