we just left the hotel after 7 days of wonderful vacation. we had the all inclusive service and I can say that everything was at the highest level. The hotel deserves 5 stars primarily because of the entire staff led by the manager Achilles who was always there for us. Because of everything from my family 5/5.

Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !!
