We loved everything in Double M! Giorgia is the most hospitable person I have ever met (Thank you for your kindness, warm welcome and your care during our whole stay!)The room we stayed at and the whole accommodation is designed with exceptionally good taste, it is immaculately clean (daily cleaning), the bed is comfortable, there is good wifi connection. We could park the car in front of the building. Ano Mare is a lovely small town with good reaturants and taverns, lots of beautilful beaches are reachable within 10 minutes by car. Mykonos Town (Chora) is not far either. We would gladly return at any time.

Nice infinity pool with great views, even had a hot tub/pool with warmer water right next to it. Friendly staff, good location for a couples quiet getaway weekend, great views. Our room had an amazing sea view, all the rooms were accommodated in typical cozy white houses. A big shout out to Danai, guest relations manager, who made sure that we had a good time and went above and beyond what was necessary to make us feel welcome! :)

Let me start with this - I'm very demanding and hard to be pleased guest. I'm giving 10's reviews very rare but this hotel leaves me no choice for anything less. Where can I start? From the moment we exit the airport a nice guy welcome us , take our suites immediately and forward us to their luxury mercedes van. /It's a complimentary both ways airport shuttle!!/ Literally no more than 10 minutes we travelled to the hotel. Meanwhile the driver gave us tips for exploring the island and stories about Mykonos. We reach the hotel and the whole staff welcome us with huge smiles and super friendly hospitality combined with nice welcome drinks. While check in process at the reception again super smile lady gives as a suggestion for a nice beaches and restaurants. We booked entry level room and it was more than enough good to us. With a nice panorama view, great furniture, fresh and light enough. We needed a quad bike for easy connection on the island and the reception once again arrange it so smooth and efficiency (a guy come and pick us and take to their office to choose whatever we like quad bike or scooter). But the first day when we didn't get yet the quad bike, we went to the beach walking and we were tired enough to go back late after so we decide to call reception and they sent us their luxury van to get us from the beach back to the hotel free (which we appreciated much) as the streets are too steep to walk. Whenever we went at the pool the staff there was always above and beyond kind and smilling. Huge respect for these boys there! The reason why I booked this hotel while there was so many choices was the all reviews and awards for hospitality that Palladium got and believe me when you go there you see why! I really enjoyed my vacation in Mykonos but the hotel itself played huge role for it. Thank you again Palladium Hotel. Please don't change!

The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

We had the most wonderful time at Ethereum Mykonos. From the moment we arrived, Anna and her team made us feel incredibly welcome. Anna’s hospitality really stood out: she was always just a WhatsApp message away, answered every question, and provided fantastic recommendations. Her attention to detail made the whole experience feel personal and special. Our sea‑view suite with its own heated pool was every bit as luxurious as we’d hoped. The suite was spotless and beautifully designed, and the infinity pool looked out over an amazing view. Waking up and stepping straight into the pool became our favourite ritual. The staff kept everything immaculate, the breakfast was delicious, and there’s even a shuttle to and from the beach. What truly sets this place apart is the service. Anna’s warmth and attentiveness make you feel like you’re staying with friends rather than at a hotel. She was genuinely invested in making our stay perfect — from reserving tables at restaurants to arranging spontaneous excursions, nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling completely looked after and can’t wait to return. A solid 10/10!
