We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was varied and kept us very satisfied. And the front desk staff were super! Very helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke English, which was very helpful. We were helped with our bags on arrival and departure. We'd definitely stay again!

It was an amazing hotel located in a more quiet area of the city. It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available. I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The host was very welcoming, the service and facilities were really good. It is a very calm area, and we had a really good view of the entire old Tblisi city from the living room and the open terrace. This spot was just 1-1.5km away from the main areas of Old Tblisi (Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, Galleria Mall, Peace bridge and more). There are lots of small Bakery, Cafes, Restaurants around the place, from where you could try traditional Georgian cuisine. One the whole, we loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was totally worth for the amount we paid.

Probably the best hotel in Georgia. Friendly and properly trained staff. Everyone is welcoming and smiling. The territory of the hotel is insane good, with cinematic golf fields and trees as well as a lake, very very big space for walking and playing golf. The rooms are brand new, and everything is made for comfort and practicality: an automated curtain system, smart tv, smart bathroom, different light settings as well as an automatic "night light" . Gym has the latest Technogym machines. Brand new reformer pilates machines as well as aerial yoga equipment. Amazing pool and spa services. Pool outside is also heated. Amazing location, just 15 minutes from Tbilisi. We stayed in many hotels in Georgia and this was our best of the best experience! we will be coming back
