Lovely staff, happy to go out of their way to help with any enquiry. Such a comfortable bed. Appreciated the specialised furniture. Room temperature could be changed with a text message (we didn't use this, but thought it was cool). Right on the high street with shopping centres nearby. And I got to meet their birds!

Everything about the hotel, we were made feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. Lovely man on the nightshift was so nice myself and my Dad had a great chat with him.

Great and spacious place, very clean and well situated to go to Villa Park (20 minutes by foot). The host is very helpful and communication was easy all along. Definitely recommend !
