Very nice, wonderful breakfast, super friendly people.

Julie was very welcoming. Her place is very rural and has an incredible array of animals. The place we stayed in was a gorgeous hut on the property separate from the house. It was very private with our own lounge, bathroom, loft, kitchen with microwave plus an outside hot tub! What a treat this was. It was big enough for 2 and we relaxed and watched the sunset.

We loved every thing about this place very cozy and relaxing there was everything you needed there the place was very clean the hosts are very kind and very helpful we just loved the hot tube it was a fine size for two people.

This is our second time staying at this property and absolutely will not be our last! Fantastic place with so many facilities and features in the middle of the shire. The coach house itself is cosy, clean and up to date with all you could wish for, bathrooms everywhere and all so nice! The bedrooms are big clean and nicely decorated. The house has a very homely feel to it with little embellishments everywhere and the fireplace is a wonderful aspect in the colder months. The outside facilities are second to none, the biggest fire pit known to man, what a heat!, jacuzzi, multiple areas of seating including a fully covered area for the ‘Scottish weather’ which allows you to embrace the outdoors regardless of the weather. The huge stacks of wood provided for all these things as well! They really have thought of it all. Secondly the surrounding grounds a picturesque and wonderful to stroll in regardless of the season. The hosts themselves are an absolute delight and we enjoyed our final morning befriending her donkeys along side her. What more could you ask for! We didn’t make use of the other facilities in the estate but we will be in the future as it does boast a variety of other things to do such as a pool. Honestly could not recommend this place more to larger groups or large families looking to spend some time away together. When you go to stay here you don’t want to leave, we didn’t leave the grounds the entire weekend, no need and why would you want to! ☺️There is a Tesco nearby (short drive) for supplies if required, we went fully loaded of course because again, why would you want to leave?

Perfect location in a quiet town & the hot tub is just amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more. My significant other was very impressed! Jim was really helpful with any issues and were resolved promptly.

The cabin was so cosy and just the perfect size for a couple. We feel the photos don’t do the cabin justice as it is so homely and you can tell effort has been put into it. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The location is so private which made it feel as though you were off grid and was just perfect for a little relaxing get away. The hot tub was lush and the cabin was equipped with Netflix and wifi which was an extra little unexpected bonus. The bed was super comfy with feather duvet and pillows. We can’t wait to come back.

From the very first moment we felt at home in this lovely and cosy cottage. It's in beautiful landscape, calm environment, spick and span and we couldn't ask for better hosts. We definitely want to come again.
