The receptionist who took us in very late following a flight cancellation was very sympathetic. The room and additional treats like the gin and snacks were excellent. A very comfy bed. A good breakfast. Sadly we did not have time to use the spa, but it did look lovely!

Felt like a home away from home. Restaurant, communal lounge area was great. Breakfast was great.
